Fed: World trade talks in turmoil

World trade talks are in turmoil today after nations missed a vital deadline on agricultural reform.

The World Trade Organisation was supposed to agree overnight on the starting point for talks for cuts in agricultural protection.

But the talks stalled because of huge differences between free- trade nations and protectionists.

It's the third major delay in key areas to face the WTO in the past six ...
