Foreign Milk Powder Penetrates Deeper into Chinese Market

BEIJING, Apr 08, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Dairy Industry Association unveiled recently that last year China has imported 130, 000 tons of milk powder, accounting for 20 of gross milk powder output in China (650,000 tons), from overseas at a growth rate of 80 over year 2001 after tariffs on imported milk powder had dropped from 25 to 15.
