President Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair held a second round of talks today in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Discussions focused on the future of Iraq and a post-Saddam Hussein era. During a session with reporters afterwards, the president stressed what a post-Saddam Iraq would be like.
