ICBC to Charge Card Holders Inter-Bank Handling Fees

BEIJING, Apr 16, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Beijing Branch revealed that the ICBC has decided to charge the Peony Card holders a handling fee of RMB 2 for each drawing, regardless of the concrete sum, on any inter-bank ATM transactions as of April 14, 2003.

So far, the ICBC, the Agricultural Bank of China, the Bank of China and China Construction Bank have all been charging their card holders a handling fee of RMB 2 for each drawing on the ATMs of other banks.
