It's time for thousands of Clark County children to go on an egg safari.
Community groups, churches and service organizations are preparing to host Easter egg hunts and related activities to mark spring's most festive holiday.
Thanks to a joint effort by the Community Foundation and the Vancouver Farmers Market, the Esther Short Park hunt is being revived after a year's absence.
The foundation has donated $3,000 for Saturday's hunt. Farmers Market representatives have volunteered to organize, promote and provide staff for the event.
