Developer outlines Center City proposal

PATERSON - A developer who hopes to build a shopping center and entertainment complex at Center City presented his plan to the City Council on Monday night.

Center City Partners, a Ridgewood firm headed by Nick Tsapatsaris, an architect and engineer, was the first of two firms trying to win the Center City project contract from the city.

Berman Development, a Trenton company, will present its plans next Monday.
