ANALABS Resources Bhd has fully bought up its subsidiary, The
Analytical Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd, after buying the last 50,000
shares
in the company for RM1 each yesterday, paid with internally-generated
funds.
The company does industrial consultancy and chemical analysis.
* DAIBOCHI Plastic and Packaging Industry Bhd announced a first and
final tax-exempt dividend of 4 sen a share for the year ended December
31 2002, which will be paid out on June 12 2003. The shares go ex-
dividend
on May 20.
