Friday, April 25, 2003 -- Whether the US discovers chemical, biological
or nuclear weapons in Iraq is a moot question. The issue of weapons
of mass destruction as typically defined by the media and the United
Nations is besides the point. The greatest weapon of mass destruction
in Iraq was Saddam Hussein.
Weapons and technology are neutral commodities. It is the people who
control those weapons who are not neutral - who are evil or good,
civilized and compassionate or barbaric and cruel. In the past century,
the difference between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union on one ...
