For Immediate Release April 29, 2003 UDALL: TAX CUTS THREATEN HOMELAND SECURITY NEEDS (Washington, D.C.) - President Bush's trillion dollar tax cut proposal is threatening funding for many of our nation's homeland security needs, Congressman Mark Udall (D-CO) said today in a speech on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives. Udall referenced an article in Sunday's Denver Post, which reported the threat of shoulder-fired missiles to our airplanes.
