(Daily Californian) (U-WIRE) BERKELEY, Calif. -- In yet another roll-back to its policy that has sparked international backlash, the University of California-Berkeley announced Saturday that it will allow an additional 124 students from SARS-affected countries to attend summer classes.
The announcement was made in Hong Kong by UC Berkeley officials who met with Chinese health officials.
All 124 students are enrolled in UC Berkeley's English as a Second Language Program.
