MELISSA BLOCK, host:
Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan was on Capitol Hill today,
and he said it's hard to tell what the economy is going to look like
for the rest of the year. There are some good signs. Interest rates
are low and productivity is on the rise. But, Greenspan said, there
are negative factors as well, and the war in Iraq has made it hard
to sort it all out.
