WIRELESS NEWS-21 May 2003-New Product Watch: Psion Teklogix Releases Rugged Handheld A next-generation rugged handheld from Psion Teklogix has been released for the North American market.

The new 7535 is so tough, sys Psion Teklogix, that it can withstand "multiple drops to concrete" from heights of 6.5 feet.

Psion also says the Windows CE.NET-based device carries an industry-leading IP 65 rating for protection from dust and water, and it is capable of withstanding high levels of shock and vibration.

The 7535 is aimed at both the traditional supply chain and logistics markets and other "outside the warehouse" uses, the company said. It features radio, ...
