For the first time in Bangladesh Ultra Heat Temperature (UHT) treated fresh
milk is launched by BRAC Dairy and Food Project at the brand name of "Aarong
UHT milk". The milk comes in 200ml Tetra Pak and costs only Tk 10.00 per
pack.
Milk is collected fresh from the country side through chilling
stations and UHT processed at factory. It is treated and processed at high
temperature (142 C) to eliminate harmful bacteria and packed aseptically.
The shelf life of' the milk is 4 months without refrigeration. The milk
can be drunk instantly.
The children and students can carry the packs easily and drink it. The
housewives can keep them in kitchen ...
