Jimy Williams returned to Boston on Friday, expressing no ill will toward the team that fired him and joking about criticism from the owner of the New York Yankees.

"I'm in a major league uniform. I feel gratified," the Houston Astros manager said. "If it happens to be in a visiting situation in Fenway Park, so be it. That's OK."

And if he's the target of George Steinbrenner, he doesn't get worked up.

Steinbrenner criticized Williams for using six pitchers Wednesday night when the Astros beat the Yankees 8-0 with a no-hitter.
