Wednesday, June 18, 2003 -- Legislative changes affecting calculation methods resulted in a 4.1 percent fall in job seekers to 186,600 in May, according to Employment Service data. On Monday the Central Bureau of Statistics announced that unemployment remained unchanged in April at 10.8% or 281,000.
