Franco-American day at the Maine Legislature will have an encore this year. The public will hear lots of French spoken in the assembly halls of Maine's historic Capitol building on March 19 from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., says Franco Fun Day organizer Rep. Ross Paradis of Frenchville. Paradis is a leader in the Legislature's Franco- American caucus, which is sponsoring the event.
