NAIROBI, Kenya _ Kenyan children chatted about challenges facing today'
s youth with teenagers from a tough neighborhood of Los Angeles in
a satellite video conference held Saturday to coincide with the 10th
anniversary of the violent deaths of four journalists.
Despite being thousands of miles apart, the youngsters found plenty
to agree about _ the war on Iraq was bad, music is good, and boys
will have problems with girls wherever they live in the world.
"I think we are both on the same page," said Adrian, a teenager from
the South Central neighborhood of Los Angeles.
