SHANGHAI, Jul 14, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- A Shanghai banker revealed on July 8 that the headquarters of China's commercial banks are now busying preparing the service pricing programs, and will shortly submit them to the People's Bank of China, the central bank of China, for approval or registration.
