IPOH, Fri. - Patients seeking treatment at the Ipoh Hospital should not be surprised if stone-faced staff attend to them.

A recent survey among staff revealed that 80 per cent of the respondents believed they should not smile while on duty.
Other shocking facts? Sixty per cent of the respondents believed they should not be friendly with the patients, while 65 per cent perceived complaints by the patients as untrue.
