KUALA LUMPUR, Sun. - The Singapore Government's reluctance to pay an affordable and fair price for the water supplied by Malaysia is puzzling. Especially since Singapore enjoys one of the highest standards of living in Asia and is by far the richest among Asean countries, apart from Brunei.
These facts were revealed by the Government in the booklet Water: The Singapore-Malaysia Dispute - The Facts made available to the public tomorrow.
