Justice Department employees accused

WASHINGTON, Jul 21, 2003 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- An internal Justice Department report has identified many cases in which employees have been accused of civil rights and civil liberties violations.

The report says the employees are accused of violating the rights of Muslim and Arab immigrants and others swept up in terrorism investigations under the 2001 USA Patriot Act.
