The U.S. Supreme Court has now embraced Justice Lewis Powell's decisive
opinion in Regents of the University of California v. Bakke that "student
body diversity is a compelling state interest that can justify the use of
race in university admissions." It is being hailed as a legal milestone in
higher education even though racial diversity in North America is as old as
the English colonies.

In fact, racial diversity, in a white supremacist society, is the problem
