Battling The Baby Boomer Bulge
They've survived the turbulent `60s, battled gender and racial
discrimination, endured the shame of Watergate and relished the prosperity
of the `80s. With an unwavering resilience, the biggest challenge awaiting
today's baby boomer lies just ahead: Middle Age Spread. Research studies
indicate both women and men are likely to experience increased weight gain
as they move into mid-life, from ages 35 to 50. Biological clocks
nationwide are sounding off for an estimated 44.5 million Americans as they
