Citizens Trust bank (CTB), the largest African American owned bank in the
Southeast, today announced its proposed memorandum of understanding with
the U.S. Department of Commerce's minority Business (MBDA). Under this
agreement, Citizen Trust bank and the MBDA will work together to promote
and encourage minority business enterprise formation and expansion. CTB
will leverage the resources of the MBDA to help expand opportunities for
minority owned business by providing access to capital across the United
States.
