Bring on the bubbly: The basics of kosher champagnes and sparkling wines.
So you are hosting a very special party or affair and you want your guests
to enjoy a really special wine. For many, that means champagne. Unless
you're a wine connoisseur or have full confidence in a salesperson at your
local spirits shop, it can be difficult, if not downright confusing, to
shop for champagne or sparkling wine.
Add to the mix the need for a hechser (Jewish seal of kashrut) on that
