MANY individuals who snore may not be aware of it, especially if they sleep
alone, or else, they may even be embarrassed to admit to it, particularly
women who may feel that their femininity is at stake. Nonetheless, snorers
must be made aware that snoring can signal the presence of sleep apnea, a
more serious health hazard.
