POTPOURRI: Onset of hay fever season

FOR about a quarter of the American population, the refreshing sight of
April blossoms and budding trees announces not only the welcome joy of
spring but also the start of the hay fever season. It marks the beginning
of several weeks of coping with allergic rhinitis (hay fever) symptoms
which include sneezing, runny noses, congestion and itching eyes for the
unfortunate sufferer.
