HRW report one-stop site for information on racial misdemeanors

Much has been written, more said, about hate crimes in the one year
following September 11. The crimes, however, are scattered across the
country, and there is no single source to turn to for information.

Until now, that is. A report by Human Rights Watch promises to become a
one-stop shop for information, statistics and reactions to hate crimes
against Muslims, Arabs, Sikhs and South Asians.

The report has been put together by Amardeep Singh, assisted by Jonathan
Horowitz, both of who work with Human Rights Watch. "I am hoping this
