HIV/AIDS
Health officials are hopeful the Black church will make a significant turn
towards educating congregations and society about Human Immunodeficiency
Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). ???? of AIDS
being only a homosexual problem, experts say many Black congregations fail
to acknowledge that AIDS exists beyond specific populations, even as far as
invading church members' families and homes.
