Bitten by the Celtic Tiger

When American DAVID VAN BUREN moved to Ireland 10 years ago with his Irish
wife and children, times were tough and jobs were scarce, problems which he
chronicled in a weekly column for the Irish Voice. Boom times soon came and
the family prospered, but now David finds himself back on the unemployment
line, with no prospects in sight. Here, he writes about how the Celtic
Tiger isn't as thriving as it used to be.
