Robertson Laws Prohibit Violent Criminals from Possessing a Firearm, or
Lure Children Via the Internet
Senator Norman Robertson (R-34) had another law signed by Acting governor
Donald T. DiFrancesco. On Monday, the acting Governor signed Assembly Bill
11 into law. This bill bans violent criminals from purchasing, owning or
possessing a firearm, and gives criminals who break this law a five-year
mandatory minimum sentence without the possibility of parole.
