For every great event there is a corresponding defining moment. On October
12, the fourth annual Hispanic Heritage Awards Gala was home to countless
inspirational moments. The luxurious Adams Mark Hotel was the site for the
enchanted evening inside its grandiose Texas Ballroom.

Award-winning Hollywood star Jesse Borrego, Congressman Henry Bonilla, Tax
Assessor Sylvia Romo, Councilmen Ed Garza and David Garca, leading
business officials Frank Wing of EG&G, Katy Garza of Southwestern Bell, and
