Take one moment as you begin to read this article and think about your
breath. If you're anything like I was before I began breath training,
you'll say to yourself "Think about breathing? How? Breathing just
happens."
While it is true that breathing happens naturally, it is not necessarily
true that it is difficult to think about breathing. It simply requires an
awareness of the respiratory process.
Breathing can occur in any or all of three different areas. The deepest is
the abdomen and breathing from this area is called abdominal breathing. The
