A Different Perspective On Reparations For African Americans

From the outset let me make it clear that African Americans are entitled to
reparations of some sort not only because of slavery but also because of
the effects of its aftermath. It is in this latter area that compensation
can easily be identified and justified. This compensation is not in the
form of reparations, but refunds, with interest, for money that was
illegally confiscated from African Americans.
