Winter air is setting over the great lakes. Minneapolis runs cold and clear
at this time of year. In December it is a rough car ride from the Pacific
Northwest to the upper great lakes. 21st century interstate hitch-hiking
too perplexing to consider. Motor homes from movie stars a thing of the
past. And airplanes fly in and out of the Twin Cities from Portland, Oregon
depending on the fog and snow, cold and iced over wings.
I have no wings. And little cash to hand over to major airlines. My car has
bald tires and those mini skirts which helped me hitch in ...
