bell hooks' latest book tells `what love really has to do with it'

Writer bell hooks says that focus on, attraction to, and reliance on
material things are the ways in which too many try to find meaning in their
lives, especially young people who are influenced by popular culture.
In town recently to talk about her most recent book on the subject, called
"Salvation," hooks expounded on a generational divide and confusion by
young people about what love is and is not.
