Black Elected Officials Discuss African American Issues

Two weeks before the New Hampshire presidential primary, black elected
officials and other key leaders will met at the Eight National policy
Institute in Washington D.C. to discuss African American issues that should
be addressed by candidates. The nonpartisan Institute, which has
traditionally set the tone and place for black politics in presidential
election years, will be held from January 20-22 at the Capital Hilton hotel
16th & K Streets, NW. It was held on three occasions in the late 1960s and
