Ex-TSU instructor Rita Geier says integration agreement is 'reasonable,'
asks for comments

After suing Tennessee for allegedly attempting to perpetuate an
unconstitutional separate but equal state university system in Nashville 32
years ago, Rita Sanders Geier is to step back into the Federal Courthouse
here today.

By her name, Geier, the former Tennessee State University instructor, is
the most notable complainant in the Geier case which stopped construction
of a University of Tennessee campus in Nashville and in 1977 forced merger
of UT's Nashville classes into TSU's campus.

Now, a 54-page agreement is being considered by U.S. District Court Judge
