Microsoft not first to fall prey to Justice Department
Those who favor turning the explosive engine that is driving America's
red-hot economy -- Microsoft Corporation -- into a publicly owned company,
won a critical round last Friday. The trial judge's Findings of Fact, which
spell the death-knell for Microsoft as we know it, adopt virtually verbatim
the findings proposed by the government. However, not a single finding even
reflects a passing regard for the constitutional property rights at stake
