living. It is an easy to read and affordable book. Though the much "sister
girl" talk appears quite forced, the authors get their message across about
the health problems associated with obesity. Slim Down Sister links obesity
to heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, breast cancer
cervical cancer endometrial cancer, and osteoarthritis.
