Q: I have a recipe that I downloaded from the Internet and I wonder if this is the recipe of cheese cake that is sold in the shops. My family prefer cheese cakes which is basically cakes with cheese and not the baked or unbaked version (with crust) that you have given in your column.
Can you help me to improve the recipe because it is using US standard cups and according to my conversion, the sugar content is too high. Can you change it to grammes for me and if this is not the recipe that I want, can you give me your recipe for the cheese ...
