Q: MY five-year-old son has a runny nose and sneezes in the morning. Sometimes, his nose is blocked in the middle of the night but it clears up in the afternoon. We try to avoid bathing him late in the evening or giving him "cold food". He has undergone a full medical check-up and was pronounced healthy by the doctor. Please advise.
