TAIPING, Wed. - A railway worker's three-year-old son is suffering from a hole-in-the-heart and desperately needs RM20,000 for corrective surgery.
S. Murthy, 44, said his son Selvamunisveeran was first diagnosed with the defect at the National Heart Institute on Oct 29 last year.
"The institute had then recommended that an operation be carried out as soon as possible," he said.
