I TRAVELLED to Penang on Dec 6 and stayed at the Sandy Beach Paradise Hotel in Tanjung Bunga with my son and daughter.
We checked out on Dec 8 and left for Bayan Lepas airport around 9am. This was where my problem began. At the airport my daughter told me that she had left her handbag in the hotel lobby.
Our flight to Subang was at 10.20am, and the time was around 9.35am. We could not go back for her handbag as the journey would take 30-40 minutes - too late for boarding.
I telephoned the hotel to ask if the staff could locate my daughter's handbag ...
