Talks on direct flights for Esfahan-KL route

OFFICIALS in Esfahan are holding talks on having direct flights between the city and Kuala Lumpur.
This move is in view of the increasing number of Malaysians visiting Esfahan over the past 12 months.
Its Mayor, Mohammad-Ali Djvadi, said the city expected to attract more than 100,000 tourists in view of its aggressive tourism strategies overseas especially in Muslim countries.
Djvadi said two-thirds of Esfahan's foreign visitors comprised Malaysians, while Europeans and citizens from other Asian nations made up the rest.
Currently, Iran Air operates two scheduled flights ...
