QUESTION: After meals, I often experience a persistent feeling of fullness. It is so embarrassing because after a while I would be burping frequently or worse still, farting! Sometimes, I can feel a sharp pinching pain and at times, accompanying chest pain. Even though I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, I still suffer from constipation. Please advise on how I can improve my health.
