Judge directs litigants to resort to mediation

KUALA LUMPUR, Mon. - A High Court judge today directed parties in two breach of contract cases to attempt to resolve their disputes through the Bar Council's Mediation Centre.
Judge Datuk Dr R.K. Nathan said when the cases came up for mention before him: "I think these are classic cases to go to mediation.
"I am going to use my discretion and direct that you (counsel) make the necessary application for the matter to be sent to mediation. I'm going to give a case management date in four months.
