HONG KONG dimsum masterchef Chen Ah Siew of Restoran Teochew will be holding a dimsum cooking class on Saturday, May 5, at 3pm at the restaurant in Jalan Changkat Thambi Dollah, off Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur.

The recipes to be demonstrated include its famous Siu Mai, Egg Custard Tart, Char Siu Pow and Char Siu So (barbecued meat buns and puffs).
The cooking class will be followed by a lavish spread of dimsum delicacies for high tea.

The cost inclusive of cooking class and high tea is RM65 nett per person.
