TAN & Tan Developments Bhd is in the process of shifting its core business from property development to life sciences and pharmaceutical.
According to the group chief executive officer Tan Lei Cheng, such a move would commence after the completion of its merger exercise with IGB Corporation Bhd, in which the group is currently one of the largest shareholder with a 15.49 per cent stake as at April 30 last year.
