I would like to know how to make sour cream. I know I can replace it with yoghurt but I would like to try using sour cream. Do you have a simple recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies?
SOUR cream is a piquant cream with a similar fat content to single cream but with a thicker, creamier consistency. It is now readily available in the cold section of most supermarkets.
